it takes time, you have to be available to obey. and if you are there, but you don't have time, you have to make time. this has to be your first working priority.
obedience, even when you don't feel like it. Those are the worst days, when you feel like a slug, but still have things to do. Then, you have to go and do it, even when you are unwilling. It's like the story Jesus told about the two sons that the father told to work in the field. One said "of course, anything for you," and didn't do it. The other said, "you know dad, I already had other plans, and I just can't do it today. No, sorry, won't do it." This is the son who changed his mind and went and did it, probably griping a little, but he went and did it anyway. That's what being a submissive is like. you wanna fight and scream and say "no, it's not fair" but in the end you do what you're told, because that's what you live for.
