It's about finding out what the sub is interested in but too embarrassed to ask for, or wants to be forced to do. there were some pretty good ideas.
One was to get the submissive in a hyper-sexual-horny state, and make them tell every horny thought they have for a certain period of time, like a stream of consciousness thing, called confessional time.
I think that being made to "confess" my fantasies, starting without sexual stimulation, and then being given stimulation as I am success in sharing my desires. This would help me gain ease in sharing fantasies, even if they made me uncomfortable.
or maybe I would be required to make a once weekly blog of my fantasies. idk.
and that's really only *if* I was to go about discussing the things I'm ashamed of that make me wet and slippery.
