Making spaghetti sauce w R today. We have been bickering but not actually arguing and are having some great conversations about cooking, and about D&D.
I had a really bad emotions night last night. And R has been amazing and super supportive even though he is in a lot of pain and having shitty nighttime emotions too.
He gave me pain last night before bed and it really helped me feel cam and loved and just reset all the fear and feelings of deserving to be yelled at or punished.
He’s my person. I love him so so much.
