Alfredo, Italian for "everything dairy in the kitchen, in one dish."

ZAlfredo is one of those things that's pretty intimidating but turns out to be really easy to cook. 


3 Tbsp Olive oil 
1/2 c butter Butter
1 c Parmesan cheese
1 c Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c Cream cheese
1/2 c milk or heavy cream or half and half 
A dash of Garlic
A sprinkle of Pepper

Melt olive oil and butter in pan. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cream cheese until melted. Add milk. Melt in mozzarella cheese. Then add spices. Add cheese to thicken or milk to thin. Sauce will thicken as it cools, so err on the side of thin if you haven't done this before.
