not a great deal for that amount of sq ft. this is really the lowest sq ft i think we could cope with. i sent a message asking if the price is negotiable, we will see what they say. it's been on the market for like 2 months. maybe longer.
Since moving into this house sept 24, i have spent countless hours killing roaches, cleaning, trying to unpack without leaving open boxes anywhere or any places for bugs to get into. We have had over a month without heat (which has finally been fixed but our new furnace is tempermental and does not adhere to the thermostat, ranging in temperature from 70 to 75 degrees when it's set on 72.) and the back doors to the house wouldn't lock properly.
It has been a neverending nightmare. I've kept detailed notes and taken pictures of the issues since we've moved, kept copies of every letter we've sent.
So, instead of blogging about all that, I've only posted places we could move to.
I've been endlessly tired and it's hard to make myself move. I'm depressed. I feel a lot better when I leave the hosue, but when I come back here I lose all motivation and hope again very quickly. Last night I got up because the thermostat was at 72 but the temperature in the house was 75 and the furnace was still running. And after finally getting the heat to turn off for a minute, I saw a roach run under a box. I pulled it away from the wall and a ton of roaches ran every direction. There was even a weird thin silverfish bug that i've seen four or 5 of in the mass of bugs. I killed as many as I could but it's just the worst thing ever to have 15 roaches crawl out of my box of paints in the middle of the night. I feel like I can't get safe. I can't rest. I have nightmares about roaches. I can barely force myself to shower (did i mention the shower is an electrocution hazard because of exposed wiring and lighting above it?). All I want is to get out of this house.
While we've been here, I've gone with shea and the gent and relly to help shea do some makeup shopping (and relly bought me some things too that are awesome, and spent way more money than I wanted him to, but I am really happy with the two lipsticks he forced me to pick out. and the other stuff we got.) It was the funnest thing I've done since we moved.
We've also had 2 really fun d & d games.
and relly got a job, had trouble with his boss because he gets paid more than her, so she refused to sign any of his training and now he is going to work in concord to complete his training and then move to the gastonia store hopefully.
So I'm looking for houses in gastonia now instead of in blacksburg and surrounding area.
But we are probably going to wait to make sure he even likes that store before we start planning houses and stuff just in case.
I'm done. I am so absolutely done with this house. I'm done trying to make the best of it, trying to fix it up a little and make it work. I don't want to put our things out here. I just want to leave. And get our money back from all the times we couldn't eat in the kitchen, for all the hours i put into trying to make this house livable, i want my money back because we can't take the washer/dryer with us because they're probably infested with roaches too. And our deposit for leaving this house so much better than it was when we got here. For killing roaches every fucking day we've been here. For living here in 55 degrees INSIDE the house for over 2 weeks because the landlord refused to get the furnace fixed and told us we were lying that it was broken and that I was getting headaches.

I am packing my notebooks from my office, and as I put things in boxes, I open the notebooks to see if it's empty or if I need it right now, or if I might need it between now and our move. I keep finding things that make me smile, or touch me emotionally, and I'm going to share a few of them here.

Master had sex with Phiar. She asked for it. After a long car trip with great music, an energy drink, and a small glass of fireball, she really wanted it.
She said, "It's easy. Just leave the lights on, go slow, tell me what you see and why you like it."

There's this feeling I get sometimes, that people really want to talk, but no one wants to talk about kink. No, not "kink" like who said what and why you're pissed off about it. I mean KINK. I mean the reason we are all supposedly in this people blender together, wandering around talking to people we would otherwise have no business knowing. I mean the nitty gritty fantasies, that deep need growling in the dark that drives you to look for others like us, that thing you want most but tell no one for fear...
I can almost guarantee it's not "floggers" - it might be whips, but it's probably not just picking up a flogger that does it for you. Each toy has it's own potential. Maybe you crave bringing a person to orgasm without touching them with your hands. Maybe you want to hold a flogger in your mouth and try not to drop it while you take a beating. Maybe you want someone to be so overwhelmed with you that they bend over a random piece of furniture because they need you just so they can breathe. Hell, maybe you want to eat a donut off a penis. Why not? Maybe you want to be tied standing in a spreader bar and have your genitals repeatedly drilled with a leather bat. Or do it to someone. Until they cry.

My idea is to think of a story that I have not read, and consider the title and author, and craft my own story using my thoughts on that author (their style) and inspiration from the title.

Although it was said they did this every year because occasionally a kid would freak out and say it was unnatural and something was wrong about eating humans, Jack never felt uneasy.
"It's just the natural order of things. Animals eat each other, and so do we. What's there to be upset about?"
