As normal, my family was crazy for christmas. mom gave me $40, a watercolor sketchbook, and a huge set of colored pencils, that have charcoal, watercolor, and various other stuff in them.
Matt's family was pretty cool. Less presents than usual, but it went over better. Matt's dad liked what we got him, so did matt's mom, and I got really nice nail polish from them for christmas, and a huge bag of writing supplies and scented markers.
Master gave me ballet boots, and helped pay for a wood lathe with Major.
Major also made me a table to use the wood lathe on, and the chisels and :)
I can't wait to be tied down with the ballet shoes on. they make me so horny, and I love how helpless I could be wearing them.
I made $160 at the New years eve party. I was vending there, selling the toys I've spent the past month making. I really want to start making money with my toys. And not like oh, it funds a hobby money. I want to make money that could help us if we needed it. If something happened and we didn't get paid, or needed money for something big, I want to be able to handle that with what I am earning. I have $210 right now, but that wouldn't pay the rent one month, you know? I am really proud of myself, but I worry about our future, and I have big goals. I need to keep getting better at what I'm doing! Keep having fun and making things and LOVING every second of it.
Master found LocTite, which is so much better glue for my bottle caps than clear nail polish. (Which works well, if you have the right brand, btw. But the $1 stuff just doesn't work!) It works almost instantly, and I can start working on the toy without leaving it overnight like I had to do with nail polish. 24 hours to completely cure, but it sticks enough after just 5 minutes that I can work on it, which is a lifesaver for someone who gets so distracted!
